- To have hot water, press the black switch with the inscription ΗΟΤ WATER next to the door and wait 30 minutes. If the water cools down, repeat the process.
- Please do not throw toilet paper and hygiene products in to the toilet due to the drain system of Athens.
- The A/C works only if the window is closed.
- If you need microwave or a baby cot at studio, please inform us.
- Our property only has non-smoking rooms. We guide our guests to the nearest smoking area if needed.
- The coffee machine is ready for use with the capsules that you will find near it and it is free of charge.
- In the mini bar you will find 2 bottles of bottled water and 2 bottles of sparkling water that are free charge.
- To get extra towels and toilet paper, you can visit the supplies closet located on the entresol.
LUGGAGE ROOM
- If you wish to store your luggage after your reservation, there is a specially configured storage area.
- On the 1st floor you will find the luggage room right at the entrance of the corridor.
- Next to the door is a box with the key inside.

- Then, lock it again and put the key back in its place, confusing the digits, so that the rest of the guests have the opportunity to use the space
